For our international team in Beijing, China we look for Accountant
Work Scope
- Review financial vouchers to make sure they are legal and qualified.
- Accurate and timely bookkeeping in financial package Navision.
- Accurate and timely financial reporting to authorities and interior according to Chinese accounting principles and Tavrida global financial policies.
- All financial documents filings.
- Consolidate raw budget data from department heads and input and maintain in Navision and control analyze processes.
- Maintain relationships with Bank and Taxation bureaus.
- Be responsible to cooperate and coordinate with external auditors to pass annual audit regulated by Chinese Governments.
- Be responsible to offer yearly financial reports to executive director of TEC.
- Guide and assist Cashier to deal with tax issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in accounting or finance, CPA is required
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance and business management.
- Familiar with financial laws and import & export regulations and procedures.
- Familiar with taxation laws of foreign enterprises, business analysis, cost control and cost accounting.
- More than (3) years experience with foreign companies, minimum (5) years experience in accounting field.
- ERP experience such as Navision required.
- Excellent Excel experiences.
- Excellent oral and written English.

Design / Development Engineer

For our international team in Beijing, China we look for Design / Development Engineer
Candidates:
- Translate product ideas into finished goods using 3D design tools and methods; create 3D models and complete manufacturing drawings for retrofit projects for new application of ISM for new products
- Create manufacturing / assembly instructions for the designs; make related documentations for kit concepts
- Create incoming inspection and routine test specifications
- Design manufacturing equipment and tools
- Have all drawings well organized
- Assist customers in technology transfer projects to manufacture or assemble high quality switchgear using the Company’s designs
- Provide technical support to customers or promotional activities according to set priorities and available capacity
Requirements:
- Familiar with CAD systems, preferably 3D, AutoCad Inventor
- Solid mechanical design / engineering education (formal or on-the-job)
- Ability to create solutions (CREATIVITY), not only copying
- Knowledge and experience in electrical switchgear would be priority
- English language skills a plus but basic level sufficient (writing / reading)

Product Specialist for Indoor Products

For our international team in Beijing, China we look for an engineer to support our indoor business unit.
Candidates:
- understand potential applications for Indoor Products (switchgear, retrofits, breaker, protection and communication)
- monitor the competition designs and elaborate design cost comparisons
- understand customers systems and applications
- provide high level technical support to our Customers and the Product Manager
- create plans and strategies to achieve product objectives
- develop instruction manuals and application papers and other technical material
- specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by working closely with Marketing and Product Manager
You have at least a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and not less than 3 years of experience in medium voltage switchgear (switchgear, reclosers, breaker, protection and communication)
You are able to manage your priorities and projects, while providing a reasonable level of transparency and progress to the Product Manager Outdoor Applications.
You are a team player and you demonstrate strong accountability for delivering the best solutions in an effective and timely manner. You are energetic and proactive with the determination to successfully meet objectives.
You are able to travel 10-30% of the time to sites all over the world.
English fluent in written and spoken is mandatory for this position. Other languages like Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
